How to clean a white board/dry erase board I have two white boards. Before the vacation, I sprayed with the green and blue bottles of spray. I washed the erasers, etc. When we came back, I go to use both and holy crow, the expo markers don't erase!!! Yes, they are expo dry erase markers, same ones I've used all year. The boards were so dirty. Any ideas or tips? I am scrubbing and my kids are laughing (as am I but secretly annoyed, too!)

Re: How to clean a white board/dry erase board Could it be the erasers? Whenever I try to clean my erasers it just makes them worse. Then when I try to use them all the marker that was on the eraser starts coming off on the boards. OR maybe I just don't know how to clean erasers!

Re: How to clean a white board/dry erase board I find that whenever I clean my board with actual soap, the markers don't erase after. So I usually wipe it down with plain water after I clean it with soap.

I dont use the erasers, I use baby wipes.

I foudn that baby wipes stripped the board of it's coating and it was a lot harder to get rid of the marks after using baby wipes.

when i do my supply order through school i order the EXPO Cleaner.

Re: How to clean a white board/dry erase board when this happened to me, the markers would not erase from my board, so I had to use the Mr Clean "magic eraser" and that got it off.

| Re: How to clean a white board/dry erase board I use baby wipes. But I find that it only works well if you do a small area, and then immediately wipe the area down with a clean, dry paper towel.
It's a royal pain in the butt, but it always looks nice and spotless when it's done.

Re: How to clean a white board/dry erase board Update: Nothing is working! I used window cleaner, too, and it took most of the marker off but didn't help the erasing situation.

Re: How to clean a white board/dry erase board Honestly, just water on a paper towel is what I've used. Never anything else. So weird that that's happening!
