how this for a price?
we have good friends that r getting married in august. its a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. its f or 125.00 for the limo, Dinner(at hooters) and the ticket for Caroline's.
do u think its a fair price

I think that's totally fair. We are doing the same for our wedding and we are paying $111 each for limo, all day wine tasting, and lunch.

ETA: Just something to keep in mind - Caroline's is probably going to have a 2-drink minimum also, which I don't think is covered in their ticket price.
