How soon to see a heartbeat
I have to go and see my High Risk when I will be 6weeks and 3 days. Is that too soon to expect to see a heartbeat?

Re: How soon to see a heartbeat
no - you should be a-okay...but that is only if they are RIGHT on their guess of your date.
Frankie & I had quite the scare, because our dates were incorrect (didn't see a heartbeat, went back 2-3 days later, THERE IT WAS)....so be prepared for the CHANCE that you may not be and it's early still...

Re: How soon to see a heartbeat
It depends on when you ovulated and implanted, every woman an dpregnancy is different. A lot of Dr.s don't do sonos before 8 weeks because there is no set time line or guarantee you will see a heart beating before then and they don't want to cause unecessary worry.
Go with an open mind and do not expect to see anything specific quite yet, you are astill early.
You may just see a gestational sac, a saca and fetal pole or the embryo with a heart beating.
Just don't panic because a lot of development occurs in as little as 24-48 hours.
