How old was DC when you first took them to the movies?
and also what did you see? DD only watches Noggin so not sure how I would get her interested in anything else.

DS is 2 1/2 and we took him to see Monsters vs. Aliens last weekend. He talked through the whole thing! He was yelling at parts of the movie, asking me what happened, etc. I gave him some popcorn in the middle of the movie and he screamed, "Look! I have popcorn!" 
It was very cute to watch him. If we weren't the only ones in the theater we would have left.

A couple of months, but that was the baby screening and obviously she wasn't watching.
The first one she actually watched, she was around a year and it was an Elmo Kidstoon (short movies they play at Island 16).

We just took DD at 3&1/2. She did OK but we did see Monster vs Aliens and IMO this wasn't a fabulous kids movie.

DD is almost 3 and we haven't gone yet. She did well at the circus, blues clues play, and sleeping beauty play so I am thinking of trying it next good movie that comes out.

We took matty to 3 movies when he was really little and stayed in the infant car seat-it was great then!!
Then we took him at around a year old to see madagascar 2 and he was terrible!!! He didn't want to be held or sit in the seat! He was really noisy and I was totally embarrassed!! I put him in the stroller and just walked around the back of the theater! Not enjoyable at all! Since then Blockbuster has been my best friend!!
