How often do wood floors need recoating?
Not necessarily refinishing bc they were done 4 years ago but they are looking so dull especially in some high traffic areas. Especially under the dining room chairs and a min walk area.

Have a professional come and look at the floors. If you used water base product before you can buff it down and place another coat.
