how often can a toddler eat eggs and fish a week?
ds loves both and there are so many forms that they can be made but how much is too much with eggs and fish? thanks!

Dd doesn't eat either, but our ped told us eggs only once or twice a week because of the cholesterol

thanks! he's just so difficult with food but loves scrabled eggs, egg salad, gefilte fish  , fish sticks, and breaded white fish fillets.

hey! atleast he eats those things...Id talk to the ped about it so just you have an idea of whats OK.
