How normal is it to... (Pretty graphic, sorry)
spot inconsistently?
I started spotting on and off Tuesday, and now today (Thursday). Pretty light. You can just see it when I use the bathroom and wipe.
I'm 6 weeks as of today. I went to doctor yesterday, and he said everything looked beautiful according to sono.
However, I never spotted once with my DD.
I also have cramps which seem like gas pains along with gas.
Is this common?

Happened to me RIGHT around 6 weeks. Spotted on and off for 4 days. Had a sono, everything looked great, haven't spotted since.
I was told brown blood is old blood, I would maybe spot on and off the whole time, and don't worry about it unless it is heavy and painful.

I spotted on and off throughout the entire 1st trimester when I was pregnant with my DS. Ironically, when I was pregnant at the end of 2012, I did not spot one bit the entire 1st trimester and the baby passed away right around 12 weeks. Spotting / no spotting is definitely not a good indicator of anything as long as it's light spotting.
