How Much Would You Tip Floor Refinishers?
We are having some of our wood floors refinished, and I was wondering what you guys think would be a good tip for the workers. They are working 3 days, and so far, seem to have done a good job.
Thank you in advance! I feel like we always under or over tip when left to our own devices!

Is it their own company? If they are working for themselves, I wou ldn't tip them anything.

I think we tipped $20 pp (just the workers - not the owner).

Thank you for the responses! No, the men doing the work do not own the company, they work for the owner. Given that it's messy, smelly work, I think they definitely deserve a tip. We just weren't sure how much.
We were thinking $20 each also. Thanks!
