My Aunt has a 2bed 2 bath house and her cleaning lady charges her $80 and is there for 3 hours.

I'd guess $100 for a one-time thorough clean.

This is what I pay for the first time..top to bottom. Moving furniture, cleaning baseboards, moldings and if you have cleaning fans. The fridge, oven and then everything else gets scrubbed.
For maintenance I would probably pay $60

Re: how much would you pay for one time housecleaning?
Not that I am so versed in the cleaning industry or anything but from people I know...if they want extra cleaning...like in your case a really good first cleaning and then just a few follow ups...they just would stay longer but charge their normally hourly rate. so if she/he had to stay 8 hours since its the first time, it would just be the hourly rate times 8...as opposed to when they might only stay 4 hours lets say for the follow ups
eta: the cleaning people who i know of usually charge between 10-20 per hour..but a cleaning fulls service company (not a cleaning lady) would be closer to 20 or even more I assume

Re: how much would you pay for one time housecleaning?
I paid almost $200 for a one-time thorough cleaning. They did everything from wiping down the counters, the ceiling fans, the walls, floors, dusting, etc. I have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. I think it was a rip off. They were there for something like 2.5 hours.

Re: how much would you pay for one time housecleaning?
You have to tell them what you're looking for them to do...
The whole house, plus windows, fridge, oven, clean all shades, and moldings, etc..
I would say for the apartment, no more than $120 for a one time cleaning. If it's someone you're keeping on, I pay $70 for my 3 bedroom house every other week.
I would say $60 or $70 for your apartment. Of couse she doesn't do a deep clean every time she comes. She does windows sometimes, sometimes the oven. I never have her do my fridge.
