I would say .8 to 1.2 - that's what I give my kids at that age and weight.

you need to call your ped. i have been giving my 8 1/2 month old .8 he is 17lbs that is the amount my ped told me to use

According to the sheet my doctor gave me, you can give 1.20mg for 18-22lbs

Yes, my DD is a little over 18 lbs and we were told to give 1.20mg. I'd do that if necessary.

Go to Dr. Sears.com - They have a calculator that tells you based on weight how much Tylenol to give.
