How much to pay for one day babysitting?
I live in DC and we've been without power for almost 5 days now. (It's insane!) Daycare has also been closed, but DH and I had to go to work today. My sister-in-law's au pair offered to take DD for the day. How much money should we offer her for watching DD for 8 hours? I was thinking $100 or so. Does that sound right?
