How much should I expect to pay for this arrangement?

I would like someone to come to our house 2-3x (~20 hours) a week. Ideally they can come at 8am to help me get the kids ready for school. When I take the kids to school, I'd like her to clean the house and cook for us. Deep cleaning once a week and tidy up the other 2 days. Once a week we may need pickup from school at 3pm.

Would $300/week be enough? $400?

We currently pay $150 for about 2 hours of rapid deep cleaning from a team of 2. They move at lightning speed. Previously, we had a team 3 cleaning our townhouse and it took them 3 hours for deep cleaning.

Our neighbors seem to have full time nanny/housekeepers who help out with drop off/pick up from preschool/school and cooking/cleaning. I really don't think we need a full time person.

I think $300 for 20 hours of work is very good pay ($15 per hour). I know several families who have full-time nannies who cook and clean and get paid less.
