how much formula should my 7 month old be drinking

and how much solid food im confused as to how many times a day my ds should have solid and should formula be the primary nutrition right now i want to be sure he is getting the right nutrition he really isnt much of an eater

Try not to worry too much about it. DD wasn't much of an eater until 12 months and I made myself sick over it. Formula should still be his main source of nutrition while he is learning and getting used to solids. I think I was giving DD 3 meals a day with bottles either before or in between meals at 7 months. I also started to give her a sippy cup with water at her meals so she could get used to the cup (which took her a while).

My DD will be 7 months on Monday. She eats 3 meals a day and takes 4 bottles. Her formula intake is between 20-24 oz. (I've tried to give her more, but she just doesn't want it) She has cereal and fruit for breakfast, 1/2 veggie and 1/2 fruit for lunch and cereal and whole veggie for dinner. We're starting meat this weekend.

Don't worry about your DC not eating a lot. Just make sure that they are getting enough milk since that is where all the nutrients are.

thanks girls i feel like i am stressing toooooo much over this i keep a journal so i can at least look back to see how much do your 7 month olds weigh ???? just curious gabriel is 16lbs and still wearing 3 to 6 month clothes with a few 0/3 months thrown in he has a very small waist

24-30 oz a day, but DD eats lots of jar food too.
