Good question. Is it for a group or a private baptism? If group, I would say $50. More for a private.

Our is a group and at the class we had to take, they said the recommended amount was $50.00

Ours was a group baptism and we gave $50. (if it was private we would have given more) then after we put the envelope on the altar no one else gave a baptism gift in our group. (I felt bad that we should have probably given more...)
