Re: how much for a whole new bathroom?

We are currently gutting ours, its a pretty small bathroom with a stall shower. I think its costing about $9K total...labor, tile, vanity, faucets, shower door etc.

Our master bath cost us about 10K for labor & materials.

The labor included drywall/tape & spackle, tile installation, painter and glass door installation. (electrical & plumbing was done by my DH and dad.)

The bathroom is rather small with only a shower and single vanity.

Re: how much for a whole new bathroom?

Our bathroom was pretty small so we changed the entire layout of it.....we added a separate shower stall and whirlpool tub.....so since the plumbing needed to be changed around it cost a bit more.....labor alone was almost 7K which also included the electical work which all needed to be up to code. Then we spent about 7K for tiles, vanity, mirror, tub, toilet, and faucets.

we totally gutted a very small bathroom ( just pedistal sink, stall shower and toilet). DH did all the work himself, and we spent probably about 6,000. it depends on what you want- we did all tile in the shower, and half way up the walls and on the floor-- we also did all new drywall and plumbing stuff because DH moved the toilet...

Re: how much for a whole new bathroom?

We paid for all materials and then had my brother in law do the tile work. We didnt replace the toilet or the bath tub.

We got all new tile for the walls and Floor - $700

New vanity, sink and Faucet $400

Labor cost around $350.

Fixtures - $100

Re: how much for a whole new bathroom?

We're just starting this process. We're budgeting 15K—gutting everything down the studs, moving the toilet to a different area, putting in a tub shower, double vanity and a closet. It's not a small bathroom, but it's not huge either.
