I got anywhere from $50 - 200 when I graduated law school a couple of years ago. I would give somewhere in that range depending on what you can afford and how close you are.
ETA - Most gifts were around $100.

I think most of my first cousins gave me 75-100. a cousin who I am VERy close to gave much more...depends on your relationship
