How much food for party

Having DS's 6th birthday at the house at 1PM. Not till end of May, but want to get an idea for food.

Thinking it may be about 40 - 50 people. Mix of kids and adults.

Starting with -
cut veggies, hummus
chips, Stacy's pita, hint of lime tostitos
guacamole
Veggie straws
spinach dip

Lunch -
Ordering a 6ft sub and 3ft sub (the place is famous for their cutlet and fresh moz sub and also getting Italian, but last time the cutlet part went fast)
tray of baked ziti
mixed salad
either a potato or macaroni salad
maybe wings

Dessert -
tray of cookies
half sheet cake
cut up fruit

Drinks -
juice boxes
water
sodas
sangria
beer
wines

Any other ideas to add? It's a pool party and figured people will be eating and drinking throughout the day. Want one more thing for lunch, but not sure if I want a hot dish.

You need more food... Lol.
Did you talk to him yet about food? Ask for extra sauce because the baked ziti was a little dry last time.
His wings are really good and you could do a try of meatballs to go with the baked ziti. I always get there eggplant rolletes, grilled veggies, chicken pomedoro.

You know your guests best... What type of stuff do they like to eat? You know my family doesn't do sandwiches lol.

Definitely add something more kid friendly like chicken nuggets and fries or Mac n cheese. If it winds up being a harm day, I personally wouldn't over do it with hot foods. I would do a potato salad and then add a cold pasta salad of some kind.
