how much do you pay...
for a cleaning service and how often?
we were quoted $85-100 for biweekly cleaning of a 1700 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.
Does this seem accurate?

I pay $60 biweekly for a 2,500 sq ft house. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, office/guest room. BUT I've heard that is really low.
I met a woman at a BBQ that cleans houses she said "I'm too cheap" for her. She would charge $125 for my house. Hey why I am too cheap - the woman who cleans my house came up with the price not me!!

That's pretty much what we pay ($85 biweekly) for a 1500 sq ft, 3 br, 2 bath, basement etc cleaning.
from all the various cleaning ladies i've had in different size apartments, i'd say that's a fair price for a house.

I think its sounds average.
I pay $85/biweekly for a 4br, 2.5bath house thats 2000+sqft. But I've been quoted prices as high as $120.
I've found cleaning 'services' charge more than individuals.

Was that quote from a private individual or a business that is bonded, insured, etc.? If the latter, that is definitely a good price.
