How much BM can you pump in one sitting?

I'm trying to see if my supply is really low. Usually in the morning I will pump 5-6oz, afternoon can vary from 2-3oz and evening is about 3 oz.

I bf DD (3 months) whenever I can and if she is sleeping I usually will pump. at work I pump 3x and at home I pump 2x

all of the above...it changes A LOT throughout the day..sometimes as much at 8 oz (combined) or as little as 2 oz (combined)

and all is perfectly normal...it all depends on your diet for the day, your water intake, your stress, how tired you are, etc etc

The most I was ever getting in one sitting was 6oz. But the normal was more like 4oz combined.

I used to pump 10 oz per session. I only needed to pump twice a day at work to keep up with dd's needs. Now at 9 month pp, I pump anywhere between 3-6 oz. definitely harder to keep up with dd now

I exclusively pumped for 3 months and once my supply was established, I would get 10-12 oz combined per 20 min. session.

I really only pump when I'm at work. I pump 3x a day. First session I have been getting 5oz total lately (used to be 8-10oz!!!), second is usually 4oz and third is like 2oz. Luckily my dd doesn't take much more than 10-12oz while I'm away so I've been able to keep up with her...but I'm getting worried that I might start dropping more - she's 6.5 months old.

Definitely depends on the time of day and how long it's been since DS has nursed or the last time I pumped. I can get anywhere from 4 to 8 oz (combined).

I usually got between 8 and 12 ounces for my first pump of the day, then like 6 for the second pump and 4 for the third pump.

I am back at work so I pump 4X per day now.

I get 3.5 to 5 oz (combined) after feeding DS in the morning.

I pump twice at work and get between 4-5 oz (combined) each time.

Then before bed I pump and get 3-4 oz combined.

I do not pump enough to keep up with DS's needs now that I am back at work (he must get way more from breastfeeding than I do from pumping) so we started introducing formula once a day.

I always get waaay more from the R side than the left. I also take fenugreek 2X a day and drink Mother's Milk tea occasionally (but not convinced that works for me).

I EBF for 3 months and now i am back at work, i pump 3-4 times, and get 3-4oz at each.

i am currently pumpin 3x per day. I supplement at night with an 8 ounce formula bottle. I typically pump 3-8 ounces in a session. AM: if i feed ds- then 3-5 ounces combined. If i dont, then ~8 ounces. Lunch 6-8 ounces. PM: 7-8 ounces again> He takes 16 ounce a day while im away from him - it istough to keep up and have had to dip into my stored supplu. I am not ready to give up yet. I use teh mothers milk tea, and i use steel cut oats, and coconut water.

I pump 1-2 a day one side only each time, 8-10 min each session and I get between 5-6 oz . One side.

I nurse DD at 7am, pump at work at 1:30pm and nurse her again at 7pm. That one time I pump I get about 7 ounces (give or take). I've noticed I usually pump out one ounce per hour since last feeding/pumping.

I pump 5 times a day. Early morning and late night I get about 10oz, the other 3 pumping sessions I get 7oz. I was nursing and pumping for my twins but now I exclusively pump.

I'm sure I have (had) an oversupply. It seems to have regulated now. The most I ever pumped was 11 oz. I usually get at least 7-8 oz in the morning and 4-7 oz at other times during the day. I usually only pump twice per day and most of the time, it's enough for the 3 bottles that DS2 eats the following day. My supply was pretty good with DS1 at least until he started solids, but not as good as this.

i pump before dd wakes up. 5oz. Since i seem to produce way more on my right boob than left I will only pump 2oz. that way when she wakes up she will have plenty to nurse on.

I now pump twice a day at work.
depending where I am at my cycle I can get 5oz-6.5oz per session

I pump again when I get home. 5oz. Only 2oz on the right boob because I nurse her when she gets home from daycare.

One last time before I go to bed. 2oz if I'm lucky.

I do eat a serving or two of oatmeal. Drink mothers milk tea take fenugreek pills and drink lots of water.

I think its working. Before taking all that crap I was pumping 15-17oz with 3 pumping sessions at work.

I EP for the first 7w and always got more in the morning... I would actually have to use two sets of bottles and I would get maybe 12oz. For all other pumping sessions, I'd get 6-8oz combined.

Never got more than 1-2 ozs total and that was even with pumping for a half hour +. Definitely not enough to have kept up with my twins needs.
