how many ww points is...
a creamy vanilla ice from ralphs italian ices? i actually got one at a bakery, like two scoops...it was hubbys bday i couldnt say no lol

can you look up on their website and see if they have the nutritional info? Then put it in the calculator?

I am pretty sure a small cream ice is 3 pts so that was probably 6 pts.

I know a kidde cup at ralphs is 2-3 pts that's one scoop of the cream ices!

At Ralph's they have a nutritional panel and I believe it comes out to 3-4 points for a 4 oz creme ice. That means a small one is probably 6-8 points.
