How many times do you burp your newborn during a feeding.....

my 7 week old drinks anywhere from 4 to 4 1/2 oz every 3 to 4 hrs and i try to burp her at least 2 times but sometimes i get nothing and she screams when i take the bottle out



is this because of gas or just because she wants to eat?????

At that point I would stop once. By 12 weeks she was taking 5 oz without stopping. If she stops, she needs to burp, otherwise I just wait til shes done. She would scream too when I took the bottle away
