how many sono's?
I had a sono at 6 weeks. Today im going in for 8 week sono.
When will i likely have the next one, and is that the sono where they tell you about downs syndrome etc?
What week do you usually find out the sex?
Just wondering when I will know that info!

how many sono's?
between 8 and 13 weeks is the scan for downs I believe.
20 weeks is the anatomy scan
after that I think it depends on your insurance

12 Weeks - NT Scan
20 Weeks - Anatomy Scan - When they confirm gender.
Every OB office has their own sono schedule... some barely do them other than the two major ones. My OB does a sono at every visit.

we had the following:
4w - RE
5w - RE
6w - OB (RE released me early tho, so he had to)
8w
12w - NT Scan
16w - second part of NT scan... told us it was a boy with 90% certainty
20 week - level 2
28w
36w
40w 2 days (today) - cause i went past due date, so they have to check him and fluids
