I got a CD and the Gallery in April 2011 and it was about 80 pictures.

It will depend on who you book so definitley check before booking. Some give 20, some give up to 50. It will also depend on the baby too. Which is why most photogs will promise a range (ex. 20-40). Some will also give all of those in black in white too, while other's will choose to show only certain ones in b/w.

How many pictures did you get from a newborn session ?
I got about 50. There were 6 different set ups. A lot of the pics were different hats & headbands with DD on a white blanket. It was the last set up and she was sleeping while we just put differrent things on her head : )
