How many oz total for 3/4 month

I breast feed DS at night and in the morning and then he gets 3 bottles of BM at daycare (usually 4-5oz). Like how do you count 24 hours. They say at his age he should be eating 27-32 ounces a day. He wakes up 1-2 times a night be BF then i'll feed him at 8:40am then 3 bottles at day care and depending on when his last bottle was he will BF one or two more times before he goes down at 8:30pm. Do i calculate a 24 hour period between 12am and 12pm or what. Am I making sense LOL

I guess you'd just do any 24-hour period to get an estimate...I'd think it would all work out the same b/c it's the same amount of hours, regardless of when you start/stop counting. Does that make sense?

My DD sounds very similar to your child. She's 16 weeks and nurses first thing in the morning and last thing at night, and then gets 1 pumped bottle of BM (4-5 oz, it depends on what I had), and then usually 3 bottles of formula (4 oz each), and maybe another 2 oz of formula during the day somewhere. So it sounds like our babies have similar appetites & schedules.

OK good because I was wondering if I'm not feeding him enough thats why he wakes up in the middle of the night. I hate the times he sleeps through a bottle at daycare tho..it messes my whole night up LOL..
