How many oz a day of each food group?
DS is 6mths and started 3 meals a day. I dont know how many oz of fruit/veggies/ cereal he should have a day..what do you ladies do?

How many oz a day of each food group?
I think at that age DS had cereal for breakfast, fruit for lunch and vege for dinner...why, I don't know. I think most of their nutrition still comes from formula. I guess if you wanted to break it out, I would just divide the amount of food by the options you were giving ds

How many oz a day of each food group?
I don't measure the cereal but he has been eating prob 3-4 tbsps at breakfast and dinner along with one fruit at breakfast and a fruit veg combo at dinner (stage2). For lunch he gets a container of fruit and one of veggie.

How many oz a day of each food group?
I let my little guy eat until he shows signs that he's done. He always finishes one jar or pouch, lately he's been almost finishing 2. For breakfast I generally do a fruit/oatmeal blend. I generally wind up doing more of a fruit blend for lunch and veggies/rice or beans for dinner. I'm not sure how many ounces they are.
