How long is pink eye contagious for?
My baby-sitter e-mail me today and told me she has pink eye. She went to the dr. today and he gave her eye drops and told her after 24 hours on eye drops, she is no longer contagious. Do you think I can still have her babysit Saturday night? It will be about 48 hrs of using the eye drops.
ETA: DS will be in bed by the time she gets here so they won't really interact at all unless he wakes up while we're out which probably won't happen.

I think it would be okay. I would still stress that she washes her hands continuously though. (But that's the paranoid mom in me lol)

24hrs on med but if I had that situation I would wait just a little longer, in case.
