how long is...
salami good for if i left it out?? i left it out for about an hr yesterday i forgot all about it. i put it in the fridge incase but i really want a salami sandwich now. wwyd? toss it?

I'd eat it. Just think how long pepperoni is left out at parties or antipasto (which has salami) and people eat it. It wasn't days, just an hour. It's good.
