DH has been able to do within a week to a couple of days, but he also does this for a living. Keep in mind that there may be multiple contractors involved as well.
That often plays a big role in timeliness.

It was supposed to be 10 days and ended up being a month. The vanity was on back order and delayed things.

Ours was gutted and completed in about 5 days. It was the contractor and one other employees working on it

About 2.5 weeks...but we acted as the contractors and found individual plumber, electrician, tile guys, etc. to save $$. Coordinating them plus inspections added time.
