how long does it take for dissovable stitches to dissolve?
Tuesday will be a week since I had my wisdom tooth pulled & I still have the stitch in my mout---it grosses me out Wondering when it should be coming out?!

i had abdominal surg on 10/28 and my last one just dissolved on the inside/pulled out on the outside 2 days ago
I also had surgery in 2003 --- since then, I've pulled out 4-5 stitches from the site. one as recently as the summer!

intra-oral "gut" (disolvable) sutures take about 7-10 days to disolve, any day now its going to come out!
