How long before you get nervous?
Our condo has only been on the market for 2 weeks. According to everyone around me they say it's normal to not have any showings or get any bites. I believe it, i know 2 weeks is a short amount of time. My question is how long before you get nervous or discouraged? I hate feeling so anxious about it! Thanks ladies! I could use soem honesty and maybe a pep talk!

Two weeks ago we were still in summer and you had a holiday weekend to get through, plus back to school. Now that it's over you should definitely see more bites! As long as you're priced for your area, you should be okay

Thanks...we looked at the other condos selling in our development and we are priced comparably for sure. We also are completely updated so our agent is very confident we won't have a problem. I am just a nervous wreck!

I feel just like you do! it's been 2 weeks, only 1 family came to see the apt, but their mortgage fell through. Now I feel stressed! my mom said oh, just keep showing. sure, if there were people to show it to

Fall is such a good time for sales. They definitely pick up after summer. Interest rates are good too so it should help you. Good luck to both of you!

Well my house went on the market in early July and we've only had 3 showings. I'm priced for the market, decluttered, etc. etc. The 3 showings all had great feedback, no issue with price, but just starting their search.
So we'll see. I will get nervous in March if we don't have anything going on...we need to move by August!
