I'd say maybe 5 days?? They might stay fresher longer if they're in a Ziploc bag instead of keeping it in the deli wax paper.
My parents would buy them on Sunday and we'd eat them for lunch through the week. We're all still alive!

I think like 5 days or so, but I am a freak and have issues lol. I won't eat them after 2 days.

I think the cheese could last a little longer than the meats. Depends on how well wrapped they are.
I would agree with PP - i usually buy on sunday and it is good at least until Thursday. Friday is iffy, just check. Any off smell, slimy look or feel and throw it out!
