ITs RVC schools. its on Beech street between long beach road and Hempstead avenue. Not far form Molloy college.
Also I already looked in to before and after care at rvc schools and its a $$$ but would that prevent you from buying a house there. I am hoping eventually when I made some friends there I could find someone to do before and after care and pay them. Thoughts?

I think you really can't go wrong with paying S. Hempstead prices and getting RVC Schools.

Re: How is this area of South Hempstead
I work at Molloy so I know the area. We also looked at a house in S. Hempstead.
The streets right across from Molloy in between Long Beach Rd and Hempstead Ave are totally fine. They are however a little congested. Its all according to you whats important to you. I would recommend staking out the area if you can prior to signing anything. That way you see what I am talking about. Beech street tends to be a cut through to get to the Southern State. However, the school district is awesome. If the RVC schools are super important to you, I would go for it.
