If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 90 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Footwear returns will be accepted on unworn shoes returned in the original shoebox (without postal labels). Handbag returns must have the Bluefly security tag attached. Handbags received without a Bluefly security tag will be sent back to the customer.

Yes, but if you want credit back on your credit card and not store credit, they deduct a certain amount, maybe $6-7. I don't remember exactly.
