How far in advance can you make chocolate lolipops
I want to make some for miki's party on Sat. when is the earliest I can make them? Should I refridgerate them after I make them?

i think I was told no more than 8-10 days! but honestly...I made chocolates for my sons birthday back in JAN and there are leftovers and I occasionally snack on them and they taste just fine....so I def think you can do them esp since it is under the week mark! good luck!

I don't put them in the fridge after they're made b/c it can cause condensation in the bag- they will be just fine at room temp!
PS I have made them about 2 weeks in advance quite a few times. That type of chocolate is very waxy and stays forever.

I made mine a week before DD's baptism. I kept them in the fridge and they were fine... HTH!

I usually make them 1-2 weeks ahead and as long as they're in bags or covered, leaving them out is fine. No need to refrigerate.
