How does AF effect your WW weigh in?
So I just got AF....and usually when I have her I am a few pds heavier.
I am planning on weighing on friday so by then it will Be lighter but still..
What have you ladies done in this situation....TIA

just keep weighing in. Its going to happen and if you know that could be a reason for a slight gain then it wont matter and if you are following program then you might not even be up.

it does effect me too, either I won't have a loss or I will be up a little, but like PP said, just stick with it, next week it should catch up.

Yes. Every time I had AF and weighed in I gained anywhere from .06-1lb each time.

I usually go up about about half a pound to a pound. its gone by the next week though. So dont worry- you know why you're going up and you know you cant control it. It's just one of those unfortunate things about being a woman.

just watch salty foods & drink a lot of water. You'll prob still loose.

I don't gain but I don't lose as much on those weeks as I typically do. The only nice thing about it is that the following week always tends to be a bigger number.
