How do you stop a five month old...
from constantly turning over when you are trying to change him??

Distraction! We have this musical stuffed animal thing hanging from the blind string - we pull it when he's laying on the table. Or, 4 hands! When Ryan is done for the night and ready to go to bed, I pin him down and DH dresses him.

I am not the only one!! thank goodness.
I do have to start changing him on the table and buckle him in. Been doing on my bed. What a workout!! Ryan I love ya, but give mommy a break!!

I had (and still use) various *trinkets* that she was not allowed to have except when I am changing her. I hand her an itenm and while she's investigating it, I try to change her lightening fast. Currently we use my work ID.

distractions...anything...toys, the A&D tube, the vitamins, anything on the changing table. Wait till he gets stronger!! I have to practically wrestle my 1yr old
