How do you say...

OR
"I hope you don't mind ME contacting you with a few questions:

Q2.." etc.
OR
something else?

I'd say
I hope you don't mind if I contact you with more questions:
or..if you are writing the questions, whether or not they mind, you are contacting them, so I'd cut out the hope you don't mind part and just put something like
I would appreciate your answers to the following questions in order to clarify xyz.
