How do you perk up (?) when you feel 'off'
I have been feeling off all day. Just tired, a little dizzy, and slightly nauseous and unable to concentrate. I think it may be connected to my GAD since I've done this to myself before, but I'm not sure.
Anyways... I need to get stuff done for school, but I can't seem to concentrate on anything for more than a few minutes.
Does anyone have anything that helps them function when they have an off day?

this is JMO, but if you're feeling dizzy and slightly nauseous, maybe you should take a break and lay down.
