How do you keep yourself from overreacting? TMI- Spotting question...
I have experienced some (sorry- TMI) light pink blood when I wipe since yesterday morning. I've also experienced some cramping. I called and spoke with a nurse today who advised me to come in tomorrow just to make sure things were going as planned. I feel silly going in because I don't have a flow, but I guess I just want to make sure everything is OK. I am only 5 weeks, 4 days. How does one keep from going crazy over every little symptom? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

It's very hard not to go crazy with everything at the beginning! Even though you don't have a flow, I would definitely go in to be checked, even if just to ease your mind.

dont worry about it I was sooooooo neurotic in the beginning my OB kept telling me to relax but I just couldnt. After I was out of 1st tri I calmed down The way I looked at it is we are paying for their medical advice and I dont care if my doc thought I was crazy I just needed reassurance and eventually I calmed down. Good luck no worries about looking stupid Im sure they have seen way worse patients then us lol

As long as it's not bright red with cramping, I think you're okay.
As someone who has experienced a m/c, I have to say that it's the scariest thing to see blood.
With this pregnancy, I spotted around 9weeks, but everything was okay and it was more blood than I would have liked. But thankfully, our baby was okay.
Let us know how the dr. goes. Oh, and I don't think you ever stop worrying. At least I haven't

If you don't mind me asking a personal question, here it goes! If you do mind, please do not answer and just take it into consideration lol Have you and DH BD lately? I know that early on this is a VERY common after-effect.
