We tape them to the back of the door and on the wall. Not the best but it works!

I have a metal thing that looks like a bow which hangs from a door. You can stick the cards in. Lilian Vernon has this sort of thng.

I put the good cards in the front, the not so good behind them Chat Icon

Is there a special kind of tape you use that doesn't damage the paint? We recently spent thousands having our entire interior painted, and I'm so worried about the tape ruining it!

I just use plain old scotch tape. I have never had a problem with the paint. And our door isn't painted. We do that first, then move to the wall.

At this rate we wont even fill the door (we only got 5 cards so far)

We take red velvet (sold in a circular ribbon holder) and cut a long strip. We make the ends pretty and tack to a wall and then staple the cards to the ribbon.

Re: how do you hang/display your holiday cards?

Last year I bought pretty ribbon that I used to make bows and to put on my tree.. I cut a couple of long pieces, I knotted them at each end and I hung them from my wall with those Command hooks - they're removable and they don't leave a mark. I clipped my cards to the ribbon with gold binder clips. It looked really cute. I'll be doing it again this year.

I throw them out Chat Icon the pictures go on the fridge, but the regular cards get pitched. I can't be bothered. I know that sounds rude but I never look at them more than once. I never understood the whole displaying of the cards thing.

I have one holder that goes over our basement door and then another holder shaped as a wreath that sits on the floor. Even between the 2 holders, I still dont have enough room.

We tape them to the side of our cabinet that surrounds the fridge (next to the calendar that is hung).

I have a Snowman card holder that I stick them on. He doesn't work too well though, by the time I've received all of my cards he's always flopping over.
