How do you get rid of highlights?
I know this might be a silly question, but would I just throw a bottle of brown hair dye over my hair to cover the lights. My natural color is brown. I love my highlights, but I can't afford them anymore. I pay $75 for a half of head !! I also had the JHS done so I'm afraid I might damage my hair. Thanks.

Re: How do you get rid of highlights?
as far as the $$$
if you really like the highlights...
maybe just get a few pieces in the front around your face?
very inexpensive and kinda gives the same look

I do really like the highlights. I was a redhead for like 13 years. I decided it was too much to keep coloring it, so I grew my hair out. It took a year with a lot of hair cuts.
I was thinking this, but I think my place would call that a part "half head"... Maybe I could get one of my friends to do it for me.

Wow, that's great. I've never of a place that does this. would you fm me the info for your place. Maybe I'll just color it brown and start over with a few pieces in the front like you said. Good idea and a lot cheaper
