I am gonna say you put half the cupcake batter in the muffin pan the some pudding and then more of the batter?

After the cupcake is baked...fill a decorating bag with pudding and use the attached decorating tip to insert into the cupcake and squeeze some pudding into the center of the cupcake. Complete with icing on top of cupcake to cover the hole where the pudding was inserted.
