How do you ...
How do you ask for help at work without sounding like a cry baby?
I struggle with this and my boss told me I have to start asking for help more.
I feel like every time i do everyone is to busy so I do it myself.

It was hard for me at first also but I think of how I don't mind at all when someone asks me for help. That kind of put it into perspective for me.
