How do I stop DD from taking off her diaper?

How do I stop DD from taking off her diaper?
We use cloth diapers that have velcro fasteners and she loves to undo them.
I usually put them down for a nap in a diaper, shirt, and sleep sack. Well when she woke up from her nap today her diaper was completely off in the sleep sack and she'd peed and pooped all over herself.
She is starting to reach into her pants to take the diaper off too.
We used diaper pins over the velcro before she went to sleep tonight, is that the only option?

I was going to say the same thing. That's what my friend used but they used disposables.

I'd put her one piece PJs.
Or at least a onsie....can she undo it in a onsie?

I still use a onsie on my almost 2 year old to keep sleep time diapers on. The plain white carter's onsies are great and they make them as large as size 24m from what I've seen. Hopefully by the time she's outgrown 24m she'll be toilet trained.
