How do I know if it is CD 1?
What do they mean by full flow? I am not bleeding heavily. It is not like panty liner material either... it is in between. It did not start until about 10. So...would you count tomorrow as CD 1?

If its more than a panty liner I consider that full flow and today would be CD 1

I am going to assume this is not CD 1 yet and tomorrow will be. I don't think it is an emergency...my RE wanted me to start the patches but I can call them tomorrow and make an appt for Wednesday.
I could get away with a panty liner or 2 today so I will take the advice and wait.

To me, tomorrow is probably CD 1. My RE says full flow before 9pm. Yours sounds iffy so you can probably just assume tomorrow is CD 1.
