How do I know if...
Im having Braxton Hicks contractions. Ill be 28 weeks on Thursday...
Do they hurt at all?? Do they feel like anything??

I think I'm having them now. They feel like period cramps and tightening for me. I'm almost 30 weeks.

They weren't painful for me, it just felt like a tightening across my stomach.

They were only painful for me one night. For the most part they just feel like AF cramps.

stomach gets hard & tight. Also sometimes it's slight menstrual cramping. Shouldn't be painful.
