how do i know i injected right? Freaking out!!!! UPDATE
So I forgot to watch ny gonal f video and when I do the stupid USB stick they gave me doesnt work. So I look at the instructions and read it. It isn't until after I give myself the shot that the next page is " First time use priming your pen"!!! Are you f- ing kidding me? Does this mean I didn't get the correct dosage? How can you tell if any medicine came out?? I pulled out the correct dosage heard the clicks. I.am nauseus now. I know it is psychosomatic but I am freaking out! Did I ruin the pen?? Please help!!!
So all is well..I guess I was getting medication. I have two follies on my right (blocked) and three on my left! Go back wed! Still don't know if iui is covered

Hmmmm I think if you heard the clicks you might be ok. Does it look like there's less in the pen? I set it to 37.5 the first time pushed a little out and then moved it to the dosage.

I can't tell to.be honest. I didn't know to set it to 37.5 till after. I did see a drop off the tip before I injected. You would think that those directions would be on page 1 or I would read everything through first but I tend to skip ahead of things.

I used follistim but I think it is the same type of pen. I don't remember priming the pen-I never set it to 37.5 and then redid it. I am sure it is fine!

It's probably fine. Worst case is you didn't get enough, but you definitely didn't get too high of a dose. Either way, you're fine. Just remember next time you have a new pen to prime it first.

I never primed mine either. If you heard the clicks you're good  Priming is just to get the tiny air bubble out, no worries.

Thanks ladies. Fran from my RE called me yesterday and told me its fine. I primed it tonight just to be sure. I go tomorrow to see if its working!! Hopefully I find out Oxford is covering my iui.
