How do I find a comfortable sitting position
with a head up in my ribs? is quite comfy staying transverse across the top of my belly. She also seems very comfy tucking her head up under the right side of my ribs. Sometimes I can actually feel her head from the outside. Has anyone found a comfortable way to sit with a baby in this position?
is having fun flipping around in the bottom part of my belly. He keeps switching from breech to vertex, he can't decide which way he wants to be.

Re: How do I find a comfortable sitting position
yikes i cant imagine 2! dd likes to keep her feet in my ribs on the right side so i try to lean to the left and sometimes even putting my arm over my head helps for a minute. when it is real bad i push against her to move and i get on all 4s and kind of hang my belly to move her. doesnt always work though

Re: How do I find a comfortable sitting position
I've been having insane issues sitting, bc of my ribs feeling like they are being attacked by a butcher knife, i only feel relief when I'm reclined, so I literally have to recline at my desk every few minutes

my is tranverse also, ugh how uncomfortable...the only thing that relieves it, is reclining alil, and or sitting with my legs totally spread apart so that she has alil more room to drop if she wants to...sometimes she does, sometimes she doesnt.. ive been like this for weeks, it SU*!!

I've read you can get on your hands and knees and rock back and forth to move them. I haven't had that issue yet. Baby B for me is head up feet down but he seems to prefer kicking my cervix which is such an odd feeling

I only know because I've been getting sonograms at every visit, so I know where the babies are. Otherwise, I would have no idea. Sometimes I feel kicks and I don't know who they are coming from, because when baby B had her legs up over her head and baby B is breech, their feet are in the same general area. Or sometimes I feel kicking in the middle of my belly and I have no idea who that is coming from!!
Mel - I feel kicks on my cervix sometimes from baby A, it really is a totally werid feeling. I'm going to try that rocking thing.

Re: How do I find a comfortable sitting position
This may sound wierd, but have you tried sitting on a balance ball? I just got one from Target since I managed to kill my back from wearing heels one day and it really made a huge difference. Everything is lined up differently when you sit on it and I think that it would make more room in the belly area from the way your hips/spine are positioned.
Might be worth a shot!
