How do I calculate 2ww w/ IUI?
I triggered tues night. IUI wed and thurs. When can I test?
How long after the trigger do you actually O?

You typically O 36 hours after trigger, I believe. I've been counting days past IUI, so in your case, Thursday would be 1DPIUI. I test on 12DPIUI, then go for beta on day 13 or 14, whatever Dr. B. says.

Thanks. I guess they will tell me tomorrow. Tomorrow would be when I typically O anyway so it's not too far off. I'm going to resist the temptation to test.

I do it a little different... For example, I figure if I trigger on a Monday, the latest I o'ed was Wednesday, making Thursday 1dpo.
It's possible doing it that way, it's off by a day.. but if anything it keeps you from testing too soon because you don't know for SURE that Wednesday is 1dpo.. but Thursday def is... I hope this makes sense!

OK, thanks! They said not to test before 11 dp first iui. I'm going to try and resist. I have to go for a beta 14dp first iui.

ITA. If you triggered on Monday night, it is most likely that you ovulated on Wednesday. And that is why the second IUI from the B2B IUIs is the most important one. Because it is the actual day of ovulation. I would count Thursday as 1dpo. Good Luck!!!

Interestingly - When I went to my RE on Tuesday to start a new cycle - I said I was concerned that AF came early after my IUI. I expected AF on Monday but it showed on Saturday. He told me to count from the day of trigger to count the luteal phase.... I never did it that way before - but by doing so - it counted out to to 13 days - which is normal for me.
