depends.
I have two different Nike Air flats and I think they are true to size and don't run narrow at all 'cause I have wide feet.
One pair is the woven leather- which gives a little... the other is microfiber & leather- which still doesn't squeeze.
super comfortable..
L:ove these shoes.

I was told by the saleswoman in the Cole Haan outlet store that each pair is cut and made by hand. so b/c of that, no 2 pairs are the same exact size.

that's very interesting!
the conversation started b/c I was trying on shoes and was completely different sizes in every pair I tried on! 1 pair I tried on was a full size bigger than what I normally wear, and they fit perfect. 
when I asked why, that's the explanation I got.
